From 2018-2019 I implemented some major changes that resulted in double the income (and it’s August). It wasn’t because I found out the way to “hack the system” with a marketing method. the first reason was that I started exposure differently and that I saw massive growth in my revenue due to it. My income literally doubled due to these 10 things.

#1 Scheduling In my first year in business, I created a schedule I didn’t love. the reality is, I didn’t like starting at 7:00 AM like every other entrepreneur I saw. seems I’m more productive and that I make extra money once I do what works on behalf of me. I brought back the 9-5 hours rather than the “I’m an entrepreneur and I’m a slave to my business” story I used to be telling myself. I ease into my mornings with many me time, this made an enormous difference in how I feel all day long.

#2 Social Media pack up Instagram and that I changed our relationship from “it’s complicated” to “just friends”. I’m super active on Facebook, email lists, and my podcast. I wanted to be ready to put an image of my dog up without having to desire I had to place an enormous lengthy compelling story thereunder for business purposes. #3 Meal Planning I know… how could meal planning possibly be something that doubled my income? #4 Switched to Podia I switched to Podia for my course platform. Previously I used to be using Karta and for whatever reason, it wasn’t my favorite from a design perspective. If something features a mild little bit of “meh” feeling around it, I find yourself avoiding using it. this is often why I had to form the switch because courses are an enormous part of my business growth. With Podia, not only is it cheaper, but the features are like no other and it’s very easy to use. I absolutely love the method of making a replacement course and uploading everything into the platform. They also host video streaming, if you’re a course creator you recognize this is often huge. No more uploading on youtube to then go upload into the course platform. It’s a 1 and done.

#5 Renewed with my Mindset Coach I continued another year with my mindset coach, albeit I felt like I had done enough mindset work. When it had been time to make a decision if I wanted to renew or not, I easily could have said no. Was I getting stressed like I used to be before? Nope. Had my income made a huge shit? Yes. Did I desire I removed more limiting beliefs than I could calculate both hands? Absolutely. But, I didn’t want to prevent at “enough” I wanted to stay growing.

#6 Hired a Podcast Mentor I hired someone to show me everything I needed to understand about podcasting. As an entrepreneur there’s little or no that’s more exciting than trying something the primary time and it working. Guess what, that doesn’t happen 100% of the time, honestly, it rarely happens. The first time I launched my podcast I used to be really wasn’t excited about the results. #7 I Attended and Spoke at Live Events If you would like more people to listen to what you are doingdiscuss it, and most of all build relationships with others. I cannot stress how impactful live events are for my business. 2018 I visited a few, 2019 I ramped it up and it’s paid off, all the investments to the invents absolutely helped me double my income. Online relationships are one thing, real-world is another which are some things that will never change.

#8 Hired a CPA I wanted to save lots of more of the cash I used to be making. Double my income? That starts with hiring someone to assist me to manage my finances. It’s honestly a no brainer and each entrepreneur should have someone within the rear helping them with their money.

#1 Exchange Work I’m not a lover. I’ll happily buy services I would like, and the other way around. I did exchange work once this year, and honestly, it just gets too complicated, especially once you want to feature on additional services to the package, making it “equal” can get tricky.

#2 No Vacation Time (whoops) Big mistake on my part. I didn’t think about vacation time with my retainer clients granted I still went on some trips, but I could have made it easier for myself. I even have a whole new structure found out for 2020 that I’ll be implementing. Every other month will have every week factored in with no client calls. in the week are often used for, vacation or solely implementation work. I honestly probably won’t continue 6 week-long vacations a year, but having a schedule found out on behalf of me to achieve success in, is super important. you reside and you learn, for a few years in business, this really isn’t that massive of an error so I’m grateful!
